Personnel Development Partnerships (PDP) is a collaborative effort between the Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services and Florida's nine public universities to increase the state's capacity to recruit, prepare, and retain highly qualified personnel who provide special education and related services to children with disabilities.
